We are proud to source our Snack Sticks from Stoltzfus Meats in Lancaster, Pennsylvania who is a smaller outfit that goes above and beyond to ensure excellence in all their products and processes! A lot of meat companies look for ways to save money, for example, by pumping products with water, pressing into a mold, and lightly smoking. Not Stoltzfus Meats!
At Stoltzfus Meats, we work hard to ensure we don’t cut these corners which in the end is compromising on quality of product to our customers. We take the time we need to use the processes, such as hand trimming and smoking to perfection, that in the end provide top quality meats that you love.
We do not use any fillers in our products. Most of our pork, beef, and poultry comes from either Lancaster or neighboring counties and states with the bulk of our chicken coming from Ohio and the neighboring Mid-Atlantic region.
We contract with poultry suppliers who raise their flocks in cage-free barns that we have visited and inspected ourselves. All of our sausages, smoked meats, and our Scrapple is gluten-free.
Using the same proven recipes created by the founder of Stoltzfus Meats, Amos S. Stoltzfus, over sixty years ago, quality is always our goal. In being a smaller outfit, we don’t compromise on quality to satisfy shareholder profits. We only serve you the best.
