Cheese making is a very unique process in which you are always learning more! At Stoltzfus Family Dairy, we LOVE making cheese and we make lots and lots of cheese!

Our cheese making is done through a process of minimum pasteurization and artisan ways of making cheese.

We put our cheese in the vat and cook it and through a number of careful steps, come out with our product of fine juicy cheese curd. We cook, drain, stack, turn, and re-stack, cut, salt, stir and sell our cheese curd to be the very best that it can be for our raving fans.

The best cheese curd is always fresh and when you buy from Stoltzfus Family Dairy, you can know it will always be just that.

In our time of higher production starting about now when summer is approaching, we make curd three days a week. So for the freshest cheese curd possible, stop by our Stoltzfus Family Dairy store Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after 1:30 p.m. and you can get cheese curd that was just made that very morning!

This three day a week making of cheese curd provides even more opportunity for you to get your cheese curd at its very freshest!

And we guarantee, this experience of tasting cheese curd fresh out of the vat is like none other! You will simply want to keep coming back for more!

We have ten different flavors of cheese curd: Natural, Garlic, Dill & Garlic, Horseradish, Horseradish & Bacon, Jalapeno, Sour Cream & Onion, Tomato & Basil, Buffalo Hot Wing, and Smoked Bacon.

You can also try our Frozen Breaded Cheese Curd made for deep frying. You simply take your bag of Frozen Breaded Cheese Curd and heat your oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the frozen cheese curd into the oil for 50 seconds then take it out and place it on a towel to let it drain and cool. This satisfying, juicy, tasty bite tastes like a little bit of heaven.

But today, we specifically want you to know about our Natural Cheese Curd FRESH FROM THE VAT and are highlighting that as something you don’t want to miss! It’s here for you, just stop by after 1:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. We don’t want anyone to miss out.
