Exciting Renovations Happening at the Creamery!

Today we would like to share some exciting updates happening at our creamery facilities in Vernon Center, NY. We are in the middle of a large addition to our main creamery building! This addition will expand our milk storage abilities and greatly increase our production floor, allowing us to produce more delicious dairy products for distribution all over the east coast!

The below picture shows the addition to our main processing area at the front of the picture. The smaller room between the closest two garage doors will be used for lab testing. There is an additional room next to the lab room for a staging area for pallets going in and out of the creamery. The very farthest room will be a milk receiving area.

The far side of the closest room in the below picture will contain large tanks for storing milk. The rest of the room will be used for additional space for producing our dairy products.

There will be a 12 ft. wide skirt of concrete going around the building, allowing forklifts to easily travel the area and transport goods to where they need to go.

Below is a 3D rendering of the finished project. The right side of the building is where the creamery store is located. Don’t worry, the store is not going anywhere! This model gives you an idea of how the building will look after completion. This project will greatly expand our processing facility!
