If you are a bacon lover, the smoked bacon cheeseball is going to be your favorite! This one contains bacon bits, with the smoked flavor coming from our naturally smoked farmstead cheese. This combination of bacon and smoked cheese makes a very delicious snack! Again, if you didn’t read the earlier posts, cheeseballs are best when served with crackers. The cheese concoction is scooped onto the cracker and eaten. Delicious!

Smoked Bacon Cheeseball Recipe

  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 8oz Naturally Smoked Farmstead Cheese finely grated
  • 3 slices of bacon fried and finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and chill for two hours and then shape into ball and roll into finely grated cheese and bacon bits.
