Grapefruit, Lime, and Mint Yogurt Parfait

New year, new you, same delicious Stoltzfus yogurt!

Everybody loves a delicious spoonful of yogurt. It’s healthy, full of calcium and vitamins, and will give you a stats boost for the rest of your day when you partake in a yogurt parfait for breakfast. There are a bunch of great recipes that utilize our great yogurts that will help you start off 2019 on the right foot. Grapefruit, Lime, and Mint Yogurt Parfait

This recipe is from Taste of Home, and if you’re a fan of citrus and mint, you’re going to love it. We’ve taken the liberty of replacing the call for plain yogurt with our own plain yogurt.


  • 4 large red grapefruit
  • 4 cups Stoltzfus Dairy plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Torn fresh mint leaves


  1. Cut a thin slice from the top and bottom of each grapefruit; stand fruit upright on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, cut off the peel and outer membrane of the grapefruit. Cut along the membrane of each segment to remove the fruit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Stoltzfus Dairy plain yogurt, lime zest, and juice. Layer half of the grapefruit and half of the yogurt mixture into six parfait glasses. Repeat layering. Drizzle honey over the top, and garnish with a bit of the mint.
