Delicious cheese provided by Jake’s Gouda Cheese approximately 1/2 lb per pack.
We source our cheddar cheese from a top cheese making farmer co-op, Cabot. This award winning cheese is received in 40 lb cheddar blocks which we then age and/or smoke, cut, package, and sell.
